Grayara Designs is a small architectural design studio, based in Fife, but works throughout Fife, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Providing a real interest in residential architecture and design with the hope to revitalize and elevate the spaces we inhabit, resulting in exceptional and inspiring designs.
The setup is small, I work independently which allows me to dedicate complete attention to my clients and projects, and provide the best value throughout the process.
A personalized and customized service is provided for a wide range of projects, whether it be house extensions, internal refurbishments, garden rooms/offices, loft and garage conversions or even looking at a pivotal shift to bespoke new build homes, I engage in projects of varying scales and budgets, with satisfaction from assisting clients in realizing their aspirations for the homes they cherish.
Background
Before embarking on my journey with Grayara Designs in April 2021, I gained extensive experience working across both the residential and commercial sectors. With around 10 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist, I have developed a broad range of design and technical knowledge through projects across Scotland.
My areas of expertise include the refurbishment and alteration of existing residential properties, including internal reconfigurations, extensions, loft conversions, and garage conversions. In addition, Grayara Designs provides design services for a variety of commercial projects, allowing us to support clients across a wide range of sectors and project types.
I am committed to delivering practical, compliant, and well-considered design solutions, guiding clients through every stage of the process from initial concept through to Planning Permission, Building Warrant approval, and completion.
