Grayara Designs is a small architectural design studio, based in Fife, but works throughout Fife, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Providing a real interest in residential architecture and design with the hope to revitalize and elevate the spaces we inhabit, resulting in exceptional and inspiring designs.
The setup is small, I work independently which allows me to dedicate complete attention to my clients and projects, and provide the best value throughout the process.
A personalized and customized service is provided for a wide range of projects, whether it be house extensions, internal refurbishments, garden rooms/offices, loft and garage conversions or even looking at a pivotal shift to bespoke new build homes, I engage in projects of varying scales and budgets, with satisfaction from assisting clients in realizing their aspirations for the homes they cherish.
Background
Before commencing my personal journey with Grayara Designs in April 2022, I worked across both residential and commercial sectors. With around 6 years of experience as a Architectural Technologist, I have wide design knowledge across Scotland.
Areas of working knowledge mostly includes the refurbishment of existing residential properties whether this be internal reconfigurations, extensions or loft/garage conversions as well as managing demanding time frames.
My primary focus and shift of business has myself wanting to work with clients on high-end residential projects.
